Delete your account and data

Applies to Savant, Fluent Living and NicelySaid, apps developed by QuestWise LLC.

You can delete your account, and the personal data connected to it, at any time. You don't need to explain why.

Option 1: Delete from inside the app

  1. Open the app and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings (or Profile) → Account.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Option 2: Ask us by email

If you can't access the app, email support [at] questwise [dot] ai from the email address on your account with the subject line "Delete my account" and tell us which app (Savant, Fluent Living or NicelySaid). We may ask you to confirm the request from that address so no one else can delete your account. We complete requests within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and profile (name, email address, sign-in details).
  • Everything you created or recorded: flashcards, resources and uploads, written answers, voice recordings, conversation history with AI characters, and personalization details such as your interests, goals and casting choices.
  • Your learning progress, review history and schedules.
  • Device notification tokens linked to your account.

What we keep, and for how long

  • Purchase and billing records that we're legally required to keep for tax and accounting purposes, for as long as the law requires (typically up to 7 years). These do not include your learning content.
  • Backups: deleted data may remain in encrypted system backups for up to 30 days before it is overwritten.
  • Security and fraud logs for up to 90 days, where needed to protect the service.
  • Aggregated statistics that cannot identify you.

Delete some data without deleting your account

You can delete individual flashcards, uploads, recordings and conversations inside each app at any time. To ask us to delete specific data you can't remove yourself, email support [at] questwise [dot] ai.

Subscriptions: deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription bought through Google Play or the App Store. Cancel it in your Google Play or Apple account settings first so you aren't charged again.
